As all our hats are handmade to order in our London studio please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com if you need an item sooner, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery is free for all UK orders. Within the UK, we ship our hats by Special Delivery or First Class Signed For which are next day services (excluding Saturday/Bank holidays).
We use alternative courier services for the rest of the world. Contact us for accurate shipping costs. Please allow 10 days to receive your order for EU, and up to 30 days for anywhere else in the world. You are responsible for any duties, customs charges and/or taxes, if incurred.
We will email you a tracking number once the item has been shipped.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns. Returns are only accepted on faulty or damaged products. In that case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org upon receipt of the item with pictures of the damage.To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unmarked and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and return to us within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure you keep all packaging and delivery documentation to process your claim.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. Please be aware we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all criteria for a return are met, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days of receipt of the return.
